Say cheers and gulp down these tempting, appetizing summer coolants, beating the annoying heat of this inevitable summer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Cucumber and kiwi shots<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cucumber, cubed, 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Kiwi, cubed, 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Mint leaves, 5 to 6 nos<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice, 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Honey, 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ice cubes, 3 to 4 nos<\/li>\n<li>Water, 1+1\/2cup<\/li>\n<li>Black salt, 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Roasted cumin powder,1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Take a mixure jar and add all the ingredients one by one and grind it till it becomes homogenous mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Serve it chilled to beat the heat of this very summer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Mango and papaya rain<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ripened mango (Alphonso or any), peeled and chopped, 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Papaya, peeled and chopped, 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li>Ice cubes, 3 to 4 nos<\/li>\n<li>Water, 1.5 cup<\/li>\n<li>Roasted fennel powder (saunf powder\/variyali powder, 1\/4 tsp)<\/li>\n<li>Cardamom powder (elaichi powder, pinch of)<\/li>\n<li>Honey 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice 1tsp<\/li>\n<li>Dried rose petals, 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Take a grinding jar and add all the ingredients one by one and grind it into smooth mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Add more ice cubes to make it chilled.<\/p>\n<p>Serve it chilled and make your brunch wow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Coconut and orange bliss<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coconut water, 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Orange juice, 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Tender coconut, 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Chia seeds or basil seeds, 2 tbsp, soaked in water for 1 hour<\/li>\n<li>Orange zest, 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Green chilly, chopped, 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ginger, chopped, 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ice cubes, 3 to 4 nos<\/li>\n<li>Water, 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li>Tulsi leaf, 1 no<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Take all the ingredients in mixer except chia seeds.
